Special contracted rates include but are not limted to:

Arrival & Departure Times
You are more than welcome to arrive early, however we cannot guarantee the room ready until 4 pm. If the suite is available before 4:00PM we will check you in.If you require parking a vehicle, you may park and register your plate number with the desk, and we will store your bags until the room is ready.

We are one of the few downtown hotels that have a Noon departure time. If you require a later time, please contact Guest Services and a fee may apply.
Is continental breakfast buffet included with my stay?
Only rooms with qualifying rates have the continental breakfast buffet included. Clients with RCI, Aviawest Resorts and/or Vacation Internationale are excluded.

The breakfast includes: hot and cold beverages, fresh baked goods, toast, cereal, hot and cold, fruit and yogurt. Rates that do not qualify can purchase the breakfast for $16 plus applicable taxes per person per day.

Is wireless internet available?
Yes, Wifi internet access is available throughout the hotel. Some rates or packages include this service. Otherwise the WiFi is available from the front desk for a discounted price for registered hotel guests.
Is parking available?
There is an underground public parking lot onsite. Parking is $16 plus applicable taxes per day per vehicle for registered hotel guests only. This is with in/out privileges. Valet parking is available for an extra charge. The parking lot has limited space and is on a first come first serve basis. Maximum height is 6 feet 6 inches. There is no over-height parking on site.

Can I have my car valeted?
Yes, you may have your car valeted as long as you are a registered hotel guest. Please see Bellservices.
Do you have a business centre?
Yes. If you require a boarding pass to be printed, there is a computer with complimentary access to most Canadian airline sites in the hotel lobby. If you require checking your email, the fee is $3 for 15 minutes or $9 for an hour.
Do you have laundry service in your hotel?
Yes. If you would like to wash your own clothing there are coin operated washers and dryers on odd numbered floors in the building. Each machine costs $1.25, one dollar and one quarter. Detergent, bleach and fabric softener can be purchased from the 2nd floor vending machines. Change can be made at the front desk.

We can also send out dry cleaning and laundry for a fee. There is an itemised list in the desk drawer in your room, along with a laundry bag. Please fill out the appropriate information and give laundry bag to guest services. Laundry that is in by 8 am will be returned the same day, laundry received after 8 am will be returned by the next morning.
Do you have a pool and hot tub?
Yes. The pool and hot tub are located off the lobby area. The pool area is open daily from 6 am until 10 pm, however it is closed for cleaning and maintenance between 1 pm and 3 pm. Pool towels are available at the front desk.
Do you have a fitness centre?
Yes, there is cardio equipment onsite.
Do you offer transportation service to and from the airport?
There are several ways in which you can get to and from the airport or around town. From the airport to the hotel by taxi is about $35 to $45 dollars. You can also take the sky train via the Canada Line. Pickup is right at the airport in front of the arrivals level, and the closest station to the hotel is the Yaletown/ Roundhouse station. From the airport to downtown, the cost is $8.75 per person and from downtown to the airport is $3.75 per person. Weekend rates are $1 less. Once exiting the Yaletown/ Roundhouse station on Davie Street make a right and another right. Follow Mainland which becomes Hamilton Street. The hotel is located 3 blocks up on the right side; about a 10 minute walk.

Shuttle services: The Areoshuttle will also go to and from the airport. Reservations are needed. Please check their web site http://aeroshuttleyvr.ca/ or ask one of our Guest Services staff members.

There is a second shuttle service offering one way service to the airport which leaves from the hotel at 8 am, 11 am and 3 pm. The cost is $11 plus tax.
What is your cancellation policy excluding prepaid packages?
If you require cancelling or changing a reservation, please allow 24 hours prior to arrival. If not cancelled or changed by 4:00PM on the day prior to arrival, there will be a no show fee charged.
What is the cancellation policy with prepaid packages?
All prepaid packages such as hockey and football are payable at time of booking and are non refundable. They are non transferable as well.
Why are there no lights in my bathroom?
When entering the suite, turn on the master switch beside the entry door. This will activate all over-head lighting in the room.
Do you allow pets?
The hotel section does allow pets in a limited number of suites. The pets allowed are normally smaller in size. Upon check-in you will receive a special door hanger notice that a pet is in the suite. The suites for RCI, Vacation Internationale and Aviawest Resorts do not allow any pets.
Do you have smoking suites?
The entire hotel tower is non smoking. That includes all suites, public areas, balconies & patios. No Smoking refers to any material that can generate smoke. There is a $500.00 fee charged to those who do not comply with this rule.
